Links to local attractions
We have collected numerous brochures and maps for your use during your stay and assorted web links for you to browse.
Circular Walks on the isle of Anglesey (PDF flyer) gives you an idea of some short walks around Penmon and Llangoed. There’s also the Isle of Anglesey Coast Path at the Isle of Anglesey County Council's website. Bicyles can be hired from Beaumaris Leisure Centre, Tel. 01248-8811200 (check out local bicycle trails), and there is also the Anglesey Riding Centre.
Eating out
There is no shortage of places to eat out in Beaumaris. One is the Egon Ronay recommended Olde Bull Restaurant (1626, low-ceiling and very quaint) which also has a separate bistro and bar food.
There’s also Courts, hidden away up an alley on the left near the church in Church Street, and a good range of pubs.
